Once logged in, on computer, mobile or tablet, you will be able to better manage your KUHN machines by having access to parts catalogues and operator manuals in the Support area, product and user story information from the Expert area, as well as updates on events and KUHN offers.
Genuine KUHN Parts e-catalogue access & Click & Collect
MyKUHN allows you to search for a spare part, either by indicating its reference number or by using the KUHN electronic catalogue. You’ll be able to view the availability of the part at T H WHITE and create a click & collect order from your local depot to purchase.
Operators Manuals
By registering all of your KUHN machines in the ‘My Fleet’ section, you can easily find the operator manuals and any additional instructions you need. MyKUHN allows you to download these as printable versions or view the interactive files online. MyKUHN will also send you a notification if your machine requires any upgrades or enhancements.

Simply visit https://mykuhn.kuhn.com/uk to sign up. Remember to have your machine serial number to hand. Enter this serial number and then search and confirm the product range and product family to find your machine. Then continue to follow a few short steps to create your MyKUHN free account and protect your login with your chosen password. That’s it! You’re all set, and if you bookmark your home page it will be waiting for your next visit. It’s that easy.

Once logged into your account, simply choose ‘Add a Dealer’ from the Dealer section on the right of the homepage. Using the map, click on the pin located at your preferred dealership and then click the heart icon to add as a favourite dealer.

Once you have added your machinery or fleet details on the front page of your MyKUHN account, you can create a parts order list with us. Simply select the relevant machine from your fleet list, then click the Parts button on the next page. From here, click to ‘Open the E-Catalog’ where you can find exploded parts diagrams, select or search for parts, and add them to your trolley. Once you have selected all your required parts, click the trolley icon at the top of the page to progress through the ordering process.
