ANDREW COLLIER IS MASTER TECHNICIAN
2nd January 2020
Andrew Collier has been awarded Master Technician status in two New Holland categories by Oliver James, New Holland After Sales Area Manager. The recognition came for Andrew’s knowledge of both Tractors and Precision Land Management (PLM).
A TNA (training needs analysis) is conducted at the beginning of an engineer’s development cycle to assess learning gaps and performance. Progressing through these courses allows an engineer to qualify as a Professional Technician. But achieving Master Technician status takes this to another level.
Andrew joins three other T H WHITE colleagues who hold Master Technician status (Lawrence Fisher, Nathan Reeves and Pete Francis), but he is the only one in-house to hold two categories. In fact, there are fewer than 10 technicians nationally who hold this accolade. Qualifying Master Technicians are invited to New Holland’s Zedelgem factory just outside Bruges for the annual tractor update meeting, enabling even more in-depth knowledge to be acquired.
Andrew will also have the honour of his photograph being displayed in the CNH training centre in Basildon. Well done Andrew – thank you for your provision of excellence to our customers.
